We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to initiate a return for inspection.

Once we receive your item, our master jeweller will carefully examine it. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

Our lifetime warranty does not cover the following:

• Discoloration: Changes in metal or diamond appearance caused by chemicals, exposure to heat, or prolonged contact with water.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Everyday wear, including minor scratches, surface marks, and other signs of regular use.
• Lost Stones: Stones lost due to bent, damaged, or broken prongs.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If our inspection determines that the damage is not covered under the lifetime warranty, we will inform you of the available repair or alteration options and their associated costs.

Please note that lost center stones cannot be replaced under our warranty. If you notice a loose stone in your jewellery, please keep it in a safe place and contact us immediately so we can guide you on the next steps.
